We have been operating on the Slovak market since 1996. Since the establishment of the company, our activities have expanded considerably, but at the core of each one of them is a form of crisis management and consulting services in the field of business management.

The philosophy of our company is not to advise, but rather to actively adress and solve specific issues and complicated situations of our clients in various areas of their activities. This is based on a profound knowledge of legal, economic and market conditions in Slovakia.

Our goal is to find a way out of difficult circumstances our clients have found themselves in while maintaining absolute discretion. Twenty years of experience allow us to come up with innovative solutions and thus respond effectively to everyday situations as well as to the unexpected ones.
