DELTA Consult, Inc. took over (100% stake) in MAX Servis Ltd. in 2007 with the intention of seizing the opportunity we saw in the asset management market - facility management - especially for shopping centers and multifunctional buildings.
Since 2005 the primary activity of MAX Servis, Ltd. has been a comprehensive property management. Our involvement begins during the construction stage, where we help the investor with expense and quality of work control, selection of suppliers and services, etc., until the successful completion of the realty. After handing over the finished building, we take responsibility to secure all the administration services and smooth operation of the completed building as well as the lease of premises.
Our company's goal is to ensure permanent leasable status of the buildings, to maintain the highest possible property value and, of course, general tenant satisfaction.
