Registry administration

Registry administration is one of the key activities of DELTA Consult, Inc. We started to concern ourselves with retention of records professionally in 1998 as one of the first companies in Slovakia who started to work with registry administration. The company's registry center contains documents from 110 companies who use our services to various extents.

We provide all services concerning registry administration in accordance with the National Council of the Slovak Republic's Act no. 395/2002 Coll. on archives and registries, Decree of the Ministry of Interior of the 628/2002 Coll., as well as other related laws and regulations.

Our professionalism toward registry administration awarded us accreditation to the ISO 9001:2008 standard by DET NORSKE VERITAS.

For economically active companies we provide these services:

  • Protocol transfer and transport of files to the company's registry center, even from the client's branches throughout Slovakia.
  • Review of completeness of the assumed documents according to the client's specifications.
  • Classification of files by subject groups and year of origin.
  • Storage in well-organised archive boxes with clear labeling in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • Thanks to the accurate records of the files in the archiving system, we can locate the files in question and send a copy by e-mail within 2 hours of receiving the request.
  • We will deliver the physical source documents or certified copies of the requested files within 24 hours.
  • Yearly disposal of expired files. After the approval of an exclusion application by the client as well as the relevant record offices, we will dispose the files. We guarantee prevention of all personal and professional data leaks.
  • Development of a registry plan in accordance with the organizational structure of the client's company.
  • For clients who are only looking for a place to store their registry records and no other services, we offer the premises of our registry center.
  • For clients who have adequate premises to establish their own registry center, we will provide our services in an external form - our professional staff will help with establishing of your registry administration center. At agreed intervals they will sort, deposit and dispose of files directly at the client's company.

For administrators of the bankruptcy assets and bankruptcy trustees we provide:

  • Protocol transfer and transport of registration records, of which the storage period has not expired to long-term custody.
  • Placement of the registry files in premises guarenteeing their preservation.
  • Classification and systematic identification of registry records.
  • Preparation of the disposal procedure and regular de-registration of expired records.
  • Processing of statements for pension and other official needs for authorized natural and legal persons.
  • Preparation of registry records with permanent documentary value in accordance with the Archiving Act for storage in the relevant state archive.

Depository of registry records - registry center

  • We keep registry records (documents) in the building owned by DELTA Consult, Inc. The building is dedicated exclusively to the long-term storage of registry records and therefore meets all the requirements for the record protection (protection against fire, water and other degrading factors, as well as against loss or theft) in accordance with applicable law.
  • The building is secured by an alarm device connected to the security service, windows and doors are secured by bars, inspections and checks of security devices are carried out in regular intervals. There are fire sensors on every floor and in each room, and the storage areas are secured against the spread of fire.
